We are an offset print shop serving Muncie, Anderson, and surrounding areas. We have been in the business for over 40 years.

A-1 Engraving was founded back in 1971. At this point, A-1
Engraving was setting lead type for printers around the area. In 1981,
A-1 Graphics, Inc was born. It was at this time that the first printing
press came into our possession. With the introduction to desktop
publishing back in the late 1980’s, A-1 Graphics was one of the first to
get into this field of business. Over the years, A-1 has added on to
their building as well as purchased new equipment to expand their
abilities for their clients.

With over 130 years of experience and with our knowledgeable employees,
we feel we have the strength and know how to meet and exceed our
customers’ expectations. It is this experience that keeps the doors open
along with the foresight to expand into different avenues of printing.
Along with offset sheet fed presses and design and digital capabilities,
we have expanded to the large format market. This allows us to fulfill
our customer’s needs when it comes to banners and outdoor signage.
One of the solvent based printers acquired a few years ago has the
capabilities of printing on most roll stocks including vinyl, window
perf (see-through window graphics), window cling, as well as paper for
large posters. The size capabilities of this machine is 63 inches wide
up to at least 50 feet long, including many of the banners for
organizations who advertise events over popular McGalliard Road.

We are able to accommodate your printing needs for any client from
business firms, industrial and manufacturing companies, supermarkets and
other retail sales outlets, political candidates, to everything in
between. We make every effort to assure our client they have received a
high quality product, delivered in their time frame, at a fair price.
Our goal is continued success working with the businesses of Muncie,
Delaware County and many surrounding areas. We are continually striving
to expand and hire more employees to make the company more successful,
expanding the tax base and tax money for the city. The bottom line is
we want all Muncie and Delaware County businesses to prosper.
